Excerpt of a recruiter evaluation for Veronica Barnhart (May, 2008.)

  • She's keeping me updated on what's available and we're looking for the next adventure.

  • Continuously hear offers, haven't considered anywhere but RTG Medical.

  • Couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

  • Veronica is everything I could ask for in a recruiter.

  • As soon as things are wrapped up at home plan to get back on the road with Veronica and RTG Medical.

  • Have referred two already, one just finished and another working in Santa Barbara. Will keep looking as I feel like it is the ideal situation for anyone considering traveling or currently with another company

RTG Medical PT Chris Oltmans

I am writing this email to commend the physical therapy department at {name undisclosed} hospital. More specifically, I am writing to commend the young man who is a Physical Therapist named Chris. Throughout my life, I have taken PT at various locations. And every other facility I've visited has had the best equipment and a large number of therapists who don't always take the time to truly care for the patient. Never has a Physical Therapist taken such an interest in my whole recovery until Chris. Even though the PT department is lacking in modern equipment, I feel I am getting the best of service there. Chris has pointed out my poor posture and corrected the way I place my feet when I walk. All of these things are somewhat simple, however, I was unaware until I was fortunate enough to meet the exceptionally caring and competent young man named Chris. I don't know his last name, however, he always refers to all of his patients with respect and calls us by our surnames. He gets along with all of the people who come through PT and we are a pretty divererse type of crowd. He makes going to PT a pleasure because I know that every time I go to see him and work with him as he has instructed and encouraged me to do, I will feel better when it's done. Even though a lot of what has happen at {name undisclosed} has people talking and complaining, I would say that Chris in PT is about the best thing the county has to offer. I feel fortunate to have met him and had the opportunity to have him help me in so many ways.

Thanks. Sincerely, Bernadette Dunn

Dawn was breaking over the Wrangell Mountains when Rick Collins
faced the decision no parent should ever have to make.

He could stay where he was with his arms wrapped around son
Jake until the 22-year-old died, or he could make a days-long
journey for help knowing the odds were low that rescuers
would make it back before Jake slipped from unconsciousness
into death.

Already the 53-year-old father and his son had endured a
frightful night on a sheep hunt turned wilderness nightmare.
Knocked unconscious in a fall from a cliff the day before,
found by his father in a creek, Jake had passed the night
shivering, racked with seizures. His father wrapped himself
around his son for warmth and tried to hold in place the
thin, one-pound tarp that was their only shelter from the
mountain cold.
