Dave Guenthner

COO and Senior Vice President; Operations, Processes, and Systems

Dave is a native of Bridgewater, South Dakota. After graduation from the University of South Dakota with a BA in accounting, Dave joined KPMG, Certified Public Accountants in 1972.

After eight successful years with KPMG, Dave became Corporate Controller of Harker Wholesale Meats. In 1981 Dave joined Valmont Industries as Assistant Internal Auditor. In the fall of 1981 he was promoted to Controller of Irrigation Products and in that position he Co-founded Valcom, a computer distribution company, as a Division of Valmont. In 1987 Dave was named Executive VP and CFO of Valcom in conjunction with the companies Initial Public Offering of stock. In 1991, through merger, Valcom became Inacom a $5 Billion computer distribution and Services Company. Dave remained EVP and CFO of Inacom through November of 1999.

Dave was a consultant from June of 2000 until joining RTG Medical (formerly ReadyTech-Go) in October of 2003 as Senior Vice President and COO.

Dave is a Member of the Board of RTG Medical, Biovance and Premier Distribution. He and his wife Gale reside in Omaha, Nebraska.
