A: If you are offered a permanent job at one of the facilities in which we have staffed you, congratulations! This is the highest compliment to both you and RTG. Contact your recruiter to discuss your options. RTG has agreements in place with our clients, and one of the perks of working through us is that we can help you during the negotiation process to secure permanent employment.
